My approach to the poster design is that of illustrating the various trials and tribulations that the main character, Anon, has to encounter in the story. The dark background lends itself to the idea of ambiguity and uncertainty that is a pivotal part of the plot. Conversely, the intense color choice appropriately represents the wide gamut of emotions that Anon experiences in the story; such as despair, hope, love, passion, delusion, and so on. The goal is to catch the viewer’s curiosity by the various illustrations depicting the journey that Anon experiences yet having all illustrations converge to make up the face of the main character.
