FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER — 2009 TO PRESENT
As a business owner, I have become quite adept at working with clients on a contractual basis. I have maintained loyal clients over the years by making consistent high quality work. I aim to design with a high attention to detail; from color reproduction, pixel precision and typography. My client work has been primarily focused in illustration, corporate identity projects, stationary design, apparel design and related products of 2-D design. Furthermore, I have managed complex UX design projects that include software engineering agencies as subcontractors. Thus I have acquired considerable experience designing and exporting files ready for mobile devices according to the project needs.

This position has enhanced my skills both in the technical and interpersonal-savvy realm at the Apple Store. I have acquired extensive experience to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues regarding iOS devices. Thus I’m responsible for accurately diagnose issues validate warranties according to Apple’s policies. Multitasking and working in a busy environment is part of the normal routine while maintaining a well above average customer service score.

Was part of an honors program creating design asstes for real clients. Projects varied from theater posters, branding, and city signage design.
