01 · AI + Design Systems
Built an AI (Claude) pipeline to generate interactive HTML/CSS/JS prototypes directly from Sketch files. Prototypes committed to enterprise GitHub as pull requests — eliminating the spec annotation bottleneck between design and engineering globally.
02 · Information Architecture
Unified How-To Library content and policy pages into a single navigable platform — 1,255 pages, 4 million monthly visits, and 19 languages. An early IA initiative shelved, then implemented when a redesign made it essential.
03 · Application Design
Ground-up UX architecture for a desktop publication tool serving 1,000+ languages. Designed the application shell, panel system, canvas model, and spatial anchor system.
